It's an all-around bag that can be used for various occasions, from tea ceremony and kimono lessons to outings in "komon" (casual kimonos).

It has an elegant sheen from the silk fabric.
It has been treated with "Silk Guard," a special water-repellent treatment that prevents stains and dirt.

There is a zippered divider in the middle.
Perfect for valuables and small items. This divider doesn't reach the bottom, so there's plenty of room for slightly thicker items.
There are also two different-sized inner pockets, so you won't have trouble storing your cell phone and other frequently used items.
